Jim DiOrio, Founding Partner
Jim DiOrio’s career is a testament to his life as a servant leader. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, DiOrio served as a Field Artillery and Civil Affairs Officer in the US Army. He then served 20 years in the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he led criminal and terrorist investigations internationally. He has worked as a liaison to military and intelligence units worldwide and is highly decorated. He also serves on the Board of the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, a nonprofit he helped found that provides scholarships to family members of those lost during the War on Terror.

David Geib, Chief Operating Officer
David Geib is a proven operator and leader who has delivered results at every level he has served. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, David began his career as an Aviation Officer in the United States Army, flying the OH-58 Kiowa Warrior helicopter and leading security and reconnaissance missions in demanding operational environments. Throughout his military service, David was entrusted with increasing responsibility from platoon leadership through squadron-level operations. His ability to execute, adapt, and lead from the front became a defining characteristic of his leadership. He later served as Director of Operations for the Army West Point Athletic Association, where he contributed to organizational performance and supported the development of cadets preparing for leadership roles in service to the nation. David combines disciplined operational leadership with strong business acumen, having completed advanced studies in business management at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. At J3 Global, he oversees operational execution, team performance, and engagement delivery, ensuring that strategy translates into measurable results for clients.

Daniel Geib, Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Geib brings financial discipline, entrepreneurial experience, and operational leadership to J3 Global. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Geo-Spatial Science, Dan was commissioned as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer and served five years in the United States Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan. His service required precision, composure, and accountability in high-risk environments. He was awarded the Bronze Star in recognition of his leadership and performance under pressure.
Following military service, Dan founded and successfully grew a real estate investment company, demonstrating strong instincts for opportunity identification, risk management, and long-term value creation. At J3 Global, Dan oversees financial strategy, disciplined growth, procurement alignment, and resource allocation. He operates from the belief that strong financial stewardship enables strong mission execution and that trust is built through performance.
