Jim DiOrio is the founder of J3 Global
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Jim began his career as an officer in the United States Army, where he developed the leadership discipline and operational mindset that continue to guide his work today. Following his military service, Jim entered federal law enforcement and served for more than two decades as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his career with the Bureau, Jim worked complex investigations that required careful judgment, disciplined analysis, and the ability to operate in environments where the stakes were high and the consequences of decisions were real. These experiences shaped the perspective he brings to his work today. Throughout his career, Jim developed a reputation for approaching difficult situations with calm discipline and clear thinking. His ability to identify patterns in complex environments and provide grounded analysis under pressure became a defining strength of his work. After leaving government service, Jim founded J3 Global to bring that experience to individuals and leadership teams navigating complex decisions.
